Answer multi-line phone system
Assist other staff as needed with new account opening and account maintenance
The ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing is essential.
Ability to work as part of a team
A thorough knowledge of computers, proficient in Word and Excel.
Knowledge of Redtail Technology a plus.
