Office Administrator

Description:

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! Ideal candidate is driven, eager to learn and is willing to help in any capacity in an office setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Input real estate listings on multiple websites, keep them updated and assist with the marketing of each property
  • Correspond via email and phone calls in a professional manner with agents and clients
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls, transfer them appropriately and e-mail messages to each agent
  • File documents appropriately on Dropbox and in filing cabinets
  • Order office supplies
  • Keep office and kitchen organized
  • Perform all other office tasks (including but not limited to ordering lunches, running errands, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient use of computer and programs
  • ​Strong organizational skills
