In this clerical role you must be an excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills. We are seeking a dedicated individual with strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
At least 1-2 years with Quickbooks data entry is preferred.
Role includes, but not limited to: Greeting vendors/customers and creating a welcoming environment. Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner. Manage phone calls, redirect call, and take messages. Maintain and order office supplies. Receive C-Store invoices and reports and review for accuracy.
One week paid vacation after working first full year
Earn 1/2 day paid sick leave for each month worked
Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 - 4:30 pm
(must be able and willing to work additional hours if necessary)
