We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist to oversee and manage our accounting office for our family of companies as our Financial Manager. Applicant has to possess the qualities of extreme detail and organizational skills. Applicant will manage all as aspects of our accounting practices from creating and managing financials with ownership as well as take care of the day to day operations of the accounting office such as processing A/P and Sales tax prep along with managing payroll practices.
Applicant must be able to adapt and train to operate our business systems that we own and have in place as well as manage office workflow. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel and Word along with QuickBooks are REQUIRED and needed to support is managerial job role.
Good communication and people skills are needed to handle employee concerns. will work hand in hand with ownership in the financial prep and review to help with business decisions. Must be able to work a schedule consisting of 8am-5pm with 1 hour break during the day.
Position is full time.
